Hay making is well underway.
We have made some excellent hay this year as the weather has been wonderful.
The bales of hay are collected behind the baler in a sledge in sets of 8. Sometimes they go astray or a bale breaks and odd bale have to be collected by hand and put back into an 8. |

These can then be collected mechanically and lifted on to the trailors where they have to be stacked by hand.
